Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

All of my products are digital files.
They will be sent to your email after confirmation of payment by the banking system.
Generally, the email can be in the Spam folder or in the junk folder on your email system.
Always confirm that you received the email with the products attached, so you don't have to send it again.

Shipping times: between 1 hour and 16 hours after confirmation of your purchase.

Didn't the email with your purchase arrive? Please contact me, and I will resend your product.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS
They are digital files and cannot be exchanged or returned, because the customer will always have a copy.


NO REFUNDS
These are digital files and cannot be refunded, as the customer will always have a copy.  
The following items cannot be exchanged:
 
     ●     DWG Plans   
     ●     DXF Plans  - The DXF plans for the construction of airmodels and boats are the simple conversion of the DWG file into DXF. 
     ●     PDFs because they are created automatically from DWG and DXF plans

LASER CUT

Plans for cutting Laser choose DWG or DXF. You have the laser parts cut, and you can assemble the project on the printed plans obtained from the PDF. - Use the shop search. Recommended software: DraftSight

Attention in choosing the file format:

You bought a DWG or DXF plans. But now you want the same plans in PDF. I will not provide PDF plans for free. You have to buy the PDF from the same plans separately. 
You have purchased a PDF plans. But now you want the same plans in DWG or DXF. I will not provide DWG or DXF plans for free. You have to buy the DWG or DXF version of the same plans separately.

Balsa Wood Calculation:

I do not calculate the wood required for the project.
This task falls to the constructor and no one else.

How to print my DWG files:

DWG plans can be printed normally.
All DWG plans have a print scale in inches and mm.
